Interactive USPS Mailpiece Templates
Use these visual guides for layout planning. They do not replace final USPS or Plavidian review. Final mailability depends on size, weight, thickness, stock, fold construction, tabs/glue, address placement, barcode clearance, and current USPS rules.

Postcards
Keep artwork inside safe zones, maintain bleed outside trim, reserve address/postage/barcode clear areas, and avoid placing critical content under OCR/barcode zones.
Flats
For flats, the address is evaluated with the piece oriented for reading. The address may be parallel or perpendicular to the top edge but must not be upside down relative to that top edge.
Folded Self-Mailers
The address block and IMb should not cross or show over a fold. The final folded edge, open edges, paper basis weight, and tab/glue plan determine machinability.
Booklets
The spine or bound edge affects open-edge treatment and tab locations. Booklet tabbing is reviewed based on orientation, weight, thickness, and automation standards.
