Effective date: June 11, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how Plavidian collects, uses, stores, and shares information in connection with its website, customer portal, estimates, print production, mailing, fulfillment, postage documentation, and support services.

How information is used
Plavidian uses information to provide requested services; prepare estimates; process mailing lists; generate proofs; produce print/mail jobs; create job tickets; prepare postal statements and Mail.dat/eDoc; manage USPS, freight, carrier, and vendor workflows; provide customer downloads and reports; process support requests; maintain security; and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and audit obligations.
Sharing with vendors, USPS, carriers, and service providers
Information may be shared with USPS, mail software providers, print vendors, freight carriers, courier services, accounting or billing systems, cloud hosting/storage providers, email providers, analytics/security tools, and other service providers as needed to complete the requested job or operate the portal. Plavidian does not sell customer mailing lists.
Mailing list and recipient data handling
Customer mailing data is used only for production, mailing, fulfillment, postage documentation, reporting, customer support, audit, and related business purposes. Mailing list data is not intentionally exposed publicly and customer access is restricted by account permissions.
Cookies and analytics
The portal may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, performance, and analytics. Customers may adjust browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect portal functionality.
Retention and deletion
Files and job records may be retained as needed for production, proofing, reorders, postal documentation, customer support, billing, tax/accounting, audit, quality control, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Admin deletion and retention controls may be used to remove old customer files when retention is no longer needed.
Security
Plavidian uses secure-login workflows, account-based permissions, cloud storage controls, and audit logs. No online system is guaranteed risk-free; customers should upload only data necessary for the requested job and promptly notify Plavidian of suspected unauthorized access.
California privacy rights
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information if applicable law covers the business and request. To make a request, contact Plavidian using the information below. Plavidian may need to verify identity and authority before responding.
